“Empathy Expressions” is a peer support service for clients to discuss pressing challenges and goals. The client learns coping skills using a Montessori approach, artistic expression and Somatic EMDR inspired techniques to work through issues.

• Special Needs in the Montessori classroom

• Autoimmune issues like rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis

• Sleep disturbances
